Fullerton\nWe will then walk across the street together to the First Congregational Church \n  \nIn partnership with the First Congregational Church of Montclair\, the IFSS team would like to invite our family caregivers to Walk the Labyrinth. Rev. Ann Ralosky will be our guide.\n“The labyrinth is an ancient form of walking meditation\, introspection\, prayer\, and contemplation…” \nThis activity is designed as a respite to support the peace and well- being of individuals with a family member who is living with a mental health condition. \n  \n  \nYou need not identify as religious to participate\, and individuals of any and all faith-based communities are welcome to attend.\nWe hope you’ll join us. \nFor questions and to RSVP\nIFSS Essex rfolzenlogen@mhainspire.org
