DESCRIPTION:The Essex County Mental Health & Addiction Coalition will host their 24th Annual Legislative Breakfast\, providing a forum for community members and policymakers to address mental health developments. \nThe Annual Legislative Breakfast represents an opportunity to initiate dialog with state\, county and local representatives regarding issues of concern to the mental health community.
