Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will answer and screen incoming calls and greet visitors and clients in our main office and outpatient behavioral health center. In addition, a portion of the work week will be spent serving as the Administrative Assistant to our Human Resources department.

Shift: 10a-6p, Monday through Friday.

Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or GED and experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist in a similar capacity. Strong organizational and administrative skills are required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Administrative Assistant must be able to adapt to changing priorities and be willing to take direction from multiple Directors and Senior Staff. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Phone support for a busy phone system, general clerical support, filing, receiving and distributing deliveries and mail, providing PPE to visitors and securing the lobby. The Administrative Assistant will also support the HR department with similar tasks, as well as with personnel filing, recruitment, data entry, and health and safety documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
