A Master’s degree along with a current NJ LCADC are required. Must have experience in providing substance use counseling.
Provides in-person substance use counseling to individuals in MHA’s Wellness Hub (Psychiatric Urgent Care) program. The substance use counselor will coordinate treatment with the Program Director and Medical Staff, as well as draft and maintain treatment plans with consumers.
Electronic Clinical Record keeping will be required as indicated by funding sources and/or accreditation agencies. Therapist must meet all expected productivity levels for direct service provision to consumers.
