Message from the CEO

Message from the CEO

The Mental Health Association (MHA) continued its strong focus on the recovery, safety and mental health needs of consumers and their families in fiscal year 2023.

MHA exceeded its service and quality expectations while remaining in a strong financial position. The agency operated in a financially sound manner while advancing its mission of providing services to individuals and their families regardless of their ability to pay.

Impact Stories

Hope

Hope

"Throughout my life, I’ve struggled with depression. Now in my early 40’s, I write this to you as an individual who has worked here at MHAEM for almost three years in total and coming up on two years in my current position. I love my job with every fiber of my being."

Life is Good

Life is Good

"Daily life can be a challenge for anyone, let alone someone with a mental health issue. Most of my life, I was struggling with mental illness, addiction and the results of making bad choices and being in abusive relationships. Going through that journey was so lonely, but deep down, I knew I wanted to do better for myself."
