Our Community Support Services (CSS) aims to increase accessibility to quality, affordable housing in Essex and Morris Counties to individuals diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness while providing comprehensive, high-quality mental health services.
Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) services provide outreach, intensive case management, and housing that will enable adults, ages 18 and over, who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness, to engage in community-based services.
