Early Intervention Support Services, a Mental Health Urgent Care and Walk-in Support Center
The Wellness HUB in Newton, New Jersey, a mental health urgent care and walk-in support center, provides immediate access to treatment for anyone 18 and older who is experiencing worsening mental health symptoms regardless of insurance coverage. We provide a safe space where people can get immediate support and get help in managing their mental health.
Finding your way to wellness during difficult times is not easy. Our goal is to help get the support you need and let you know you are not alone.
Eligibility & Hours
Monday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 8 PM
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM
Saturday and Sunday by appointment: 973-840-1850

The HUB provides many services, including psychiatric evaluation,
medication monitoring, therapy, group counseling, case management, transportation, and more.
The HUB is designed as a therapeutic ‘living room’ to help visitors feel comfortable while accessing care. The team will work with you to help lessen your symptoms. We welcome family and other supports that will help you connect with the team. HUB case managers are available to provide transportation to and from our offices whenever needed.
