The Annual Legislative Breakfast represents an opportunity to initiate dialog with state, county and local representatives regarding issues of concern to the mental health community. It also serves as a vehicle for elected officials to share their positions with us on legislative matters that have the potential to impact individuals and families whose lives are affected by mental illnesses and/or behavioral disorders.
By using the Annual Legislative Breakfast as a forum for speaking out on behalf of our society’s most vulnerable citizens, the Essex and Morris County Mental Health Coalition is committed to bringing about meaningful and lasting change within the mental health system. Please join us so that your voice, too, can be heard, your priorities can be addressed, and your opinions can be made to count!
