The Mental Health Association promotes mental health and total wellness for individuals facing challenges associated with mental illness and addiction recovery. We increase community awareness while enhancing mental well-being through advocacy, education, prevention, treatment, and services.

Message from the CEO

The Mental Health Association (MHA) continued its strong focus on the recovery, safety and mental health and substance use disorder needs of consumers and their families in fiscal year 2025.

MHA exceeded its service and quality expectations while remaining in a strong financial position. The agency operated in a financially sound manner while advancing its mission of providing services to individuals and their families regardless of their ability to pay.

Our 75th Anniversary Celebration was a milestone event celebrating the legacy and lives we’ve touched over the past seven and a half decades. The evening brought together supporters, partners, and advocates for a powerful night of reflection, gratitude, and inspiration.

We were honored to recognize Senator M. Teresa Ruiz and the Health Care Foundation of the Oranges for their outstanding contributions and unwavering commitment to advancing our mission.

The sold out breakfast event featured more than 330 elected officials, executives, stakeholders and community members who spoke on issues pertaining to mental health, as well as opportunities to address ongoing developments, and current challenges facing the field.
