The Tuesday Edition of the Comfort Zone is an in-person, drop-in, support group for individuals ages 18 and up, who are living with a mental health diagnosis. This year-round group meets every Thursday morning via zoom, and is designed for family members (parents, spouses and partners, siblings, adult offspring) of people with mental illness, to gain support and perspective about mental illness in the family, in a facilitated, confidential discussion group.
